I'm always a little leery of jewelers because you never know what they're up to. But, with GM POllack & Sons, I found the perfect wedding band for my husband. It matched my set perfectly. They worked with me, they were friendly, and they gave me a good deal.

I knew I wanted to get my ring from a Maine owned jewler. The staff are generally helpful. They really want you to buy their hearts on fire rings. I do love my ring, even though it is not a hearts on fire. I stop in to get my ring cleaned and can have it sized as needed.

I have purchased jewelry items from G.M. Pollack & Sons for years, and although I miss the days of Stan Pollack's ownership of the company, I continue to enjoy working with the employees that now own and run the stores. I constantly get compliments on my unusual and beautiful engagement and wedding ring set. G.M. Pollack & Sons is a great value company and easy to work with!

The staff at GM Pollack were a pleasure to work with. They made my engagement ring from a picture I had given my fiance. It's incredible knowing I have the only one! They were also great with my fiance, offering special discounts for wedding bands, wedding presents, etc. It's the only place we buy jewelry!

I visited a few times to look for a wedding band, dealing with one salesperson (MaryAnn, or MaryJane, I think) -- on my third visit when I was ready to purchase, she tried to sell me a ring I had not wanted, and told me it was the ring I had been looking at. I politely told her the ring I wanted, and she told me I was wrong, that the ring she had for me was the ring I wanted to buy. It was rude and I will never return to South Portland G.M. Pollack.
