Kitchen Chicks Catering

We had so much confidence in Kelly from the beginning and she definitely did not let us down, she went above and beyond to make sure every detail was right and was so helpful in guiding us down the right path with a lot of our decisions. There was a lot of coordination involved with the venue we hosted our wedding at and The Kitchen Chicks were key in making it all come together. Everyone raved about our food, as well as our "his and her" signature cocktails! The entire waitstaff was outstanding and all of their hard work was very much appreciated, they did not miss a beat, and we really could not have imagined a better wedding thanks to the Kitchen Chicks!! I also thought all of their ideas were fresh and they totally got the look and feel we were going for with everything, which I appreciated. I also thought their pricing was very reasonable and the food and was very impressive.

We used Kitchen Chicks for both our rehearsal dinner (lobster bake) and wedding reception (we served a choice of scallops or beef). The food was amazing both nights - the best wedding food I have ever had. I also received many compliments on the staff and service (the bartender, unprompted, escorted an elderly relative across the grass field to the tent). They also put together beautiful table decor and flowers on Friday and lighting for both nights. The event coordinator, Kelly, never missed a beat and was on top of all of our requests. Kitchen Chicks were *very* flexible and creative, which I loved. We picked our "his and hers" cocktails for the reception at the last minute and KC completely accommodated us (and even came up with the "hers" drink themselves based on what I told them I liked). Kitchen Chicks also managed all our rentals (tent, tables, chairs, tableware, PA system, generator, porta-potty, AV-equipment), which was great. In general, Kitchen Chicks were very responsive, except during their busiest season in August and early September. This was somewhat stressful to me because our wedding was in late September, but things turned out beautifully regardless. We initially chose Kitchen Chicks because they had a good balance between being organized and creative and their proposal was least expensive. However, it was in the general ball park with other estimates (Aurora Provisions, Churchill Catered Events), and after adding decor and final alcohol and staffing prices, I think the pricing would have been the same as the others, but with how well everything went, I am completely satisfied with our choice.
