Robinhood Free Meetinghouse

Michael Gagne's food and presentation was absolutely fantastic at our wedding. Our guests are still raving about everything from the carmelized onion and goat cheese tartlets to the Surf n' Turf to our pies served with homemade vanilla ice cream (our "Maine-wedding-in-August" version of a wedding cake). They worked with us when we wanted depart a bit from their typical contract (i.e. buy our own liquor and assume responsibility for rental of tent for back yard), but not without some considerable resistance. On our wedding day, the only complaints I can offer: they ended up stuck in traffic and came 1.5 hours late but still charged us for over time, and the bartenders opened and iced an extra 5 cases of wine we could've returned. That being said, they were incredibly nice, extremely efficient, and delivered delicious food to 190 guests perfectly on time despite the traffic and other last minute emergencies. Overall, it was the best day of our lives and I would choose the Meetinghouse again in a heartbeat (and just plan a little better for some of the hiccups we came across on that day!). They really helped to make our wedding everything and more than we had hoped it would be.

I can't recommend the Meetinghouse highly enough. Not only was our food artful, presented beautifully it was so delicious. They were worth every penny, and my family is still talking about how good it was. The entire process was so easy, they offered us tastings to help us decide our menu, worked with our timetable, and provided our location for both the ceremony and reception. It was beautiful, and everything I dreamed of.

Amazing food and very professional service. A little on the pricey side, but definitely worth it!
