Roxanne Ashey Photography

Roxanne recently photographed our wedding Rangeley, Maine. She did a fabulous job! We had a chance to meet with her a couple times prior to our wedding and we immediately clicked! She was asked just the right questions so that she could get a good idea of what exactly we were looking for in our photos. She also shared a lot of information with us to help us think of how to plan our day out. Once the wedding was here Roxanne did such a wonderful job getting pictures of everything we had asked her to. To be honest with you she did such a great job of just capturing the moment without being intrusive! We really didn't notice her there most of the time! We did have some special requests and she was sure to get the shots we had asked for. She got some sunset shots and we had requested for her to take shots of us and our guests with sparklers and she was up for the challenge! Overall, we were very happy with Roxanne! We have not yet received our photos, but I have seen about 5 of the pictures and they are incredible! I can't wait to see the rest of what she captured! Thank you Roxanne!

Roxanne is exceptional. In all honesty, I am really uncomfortable having my picture taken and she was able to capture my wedding day without me feeling like there was a camera in my face - EVER. In the end I had 946 photos of which I got ALL of the digital negatives and out of all of those photos - there were exactly THREE that I didn't care for - not even hated - just didn't love. Better yet there are so many that I do love. She was awesome, also full of great advice leading up to the day as far planning the flow of things at the wedding and reception - just suggestions though, she by no means takes over. She was wonderful to work with, and I was so glad that I hired her. Check out her website and see for yourself, her work is amazing. I would also add that I had my pictures pretty quickly after my wedding too so that was important as well.

What can I say, I am IN LOVE with my wedding photos. Working with Roxanne was truly wonderful. From our first meeting, to the time my book was done, she was professional, helpful and honest. I felt like she truly cared that my photos were as wonderful as possible. And during my ceremony and reception, I did not feel like she was "in my face", in fact she caught many moments that I missed. She asked me what my vision was, and truly kept to that vision. As the photos are the only things that lasts, I am telling you, it is worth every penny you pay to have this talented woman work with you! Her work is spectacular!

Roxanne is the best photographer. You hardly knew she was there and was able to capture all the special moments of the wedding. She is professional and fun at the same time. I would highly recommened her services
